I have been at le bistro several times and I love it. We had a birthday lunch on Tuesday 14th and I suggested this restsurant. I was very disappointed on the food. The sandwiches looked like left overs, the onion soup was Luke warm, the quiches edible. I believe the crepes were good as well as the desserts. The waiter was super and nice. Needless to say I was dissapointed.

We visited Le Bistro at Roswell Provisions on a Friday around 8 PM. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the store and, from what we understood, serves dinner only on Fridays and Saturdays. We ordered a California Cabernet and a cocktail called South of France. The wine was good, but the cocktail did not seem well mixed and was not very enjoyable. We also ordered an appetizer of Le Grand Bleu. We sat on the balcony, which has potential and adds some charm since the restaurant is located in a historic old building. That said, I expected the space to feel a bit more thoughtfully renovated and polished after being repurposed as a restaurant. The waitstaff were friendly but seemed quite young and somewhat inexperienced. Service was also slow during our visit. Overall, the location and concept have potential, but the cocktail, service speed, and overall dining experience could be improved.

I love French food and we went here recently to try it out since there aren't too many French eateries around here. It felt like eating in someone's home. The restaurant was pretty empty. We were the only ones in our dining room. The server was pleasant and even willing to cater one of the menu items to what I wanted. The food was not incredible, but it was decent. We ordered a baked brie, an eggplant crepe which I asked her to put in puff pastry and a croque madame, ending with profiteroles. The profiteroles were excellent!

This restaurant is above Provisions and offers French style food. Nice old building, relaxing atmosphere, very good food, and excellent service. Cant go wrong with there patio view, dessert, and a cup of coffee!!

We stopped here for desserts after our dinner Loved the ambience at the bistro … lights and music … they even host private parties. Service was great. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. Their dessert portions are huge and yummy
